Returns & Refunds

All returns must be approved in advance. Please email us at dazzleaccessories613@gmail.com to request a return authorization before sending any item back.

Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

We keep records of all transactions, including the purchase date. If an item is returned with signs of wear, damage, scents (such as perfume), or alterations, the return may be rejected or a fee may be charged.

The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the item has been received and inspected.

 

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges.

Sale Items

All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for a refund or store credit.

Any item marked SALE or discounted 20% or more is considered FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
